Some of my friends and I have been eating at Babani’s for quite some time ( a couple years?) and we have never had a bad experience. Two of my friends even had Babani’s cater their wedding reception because we love their food so much! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are friendly and competent, and the food is excellent for carnivores and vegetarians alike. As a matter of fact, we’re planning on going there tonight!

Yay for Babani’s! I crave this food, it’s my favorite place in the twin cities. I moved to boston last year and this is the ONE thing I have to have when I come home for a visit. There’s nothing quite like it. I wish they would post a few recipes, I’ve been trying to reproduce their omani lemonade for years, but I can’t get it as good as theirs. Mmmm, and their lemon chicken soup. Other places have similar things but they are pale, lifeless impersonations after you have had this version. I miss you, Babani’s!

This is by far the best fresh food I’ve ever eaten in any restaurant. The home made soups and bread are incredible and unique. Once you’ve eaten at Babani’s, you’ll want to come back for more. Keep up the great work and pleasing my taste buds.

I have eaten at Babani’s since I worked downtown St. Paul back in 1999 and have always loved it. My favorite meal is the Dowjic Soup, Nareen, and a Salad. It’s so fresh and flavorful – unlike the food at any other restaurant I’ve been to! Thank you!
